Al Hibbler caught my attention at a young age. And the cockney tone in "When The Lights Go Down Low" made my dad think Al was white. Al Hibbler sang a pretty song.

When i was in my teens, this was the most popular rendition of unchained Melody ! You hardly ever heard anyone else do it ! When a buddy and I switched girl friends, this became their song... I will be 82 next week and I still think the music of the 50s and the 60s are the best.
