One of my fave songs from a very underrated artist. So glad I was able to see him perform live in a smaller venue. And of course Peter White is beyond compare as a guitarist. Had no idea he was a virtuoso organist! Sincere thanks for posting.

You're right, it is indeed Adam Yurman. So, we've cleared that up!

The last 30 seconds of this song with the organ thrashing it out sounds unreal

Yep. It was a bit of a challenge since Al's backup band was kind of a revolving door during the 70s. Peter White was onboard most of the time though.

Peter White, Peter Green. Al knows Peters of many colors.

Just another one of those tunes that I learned about the Hammond B3 at a very early age. I love them to this day. There is NOTHING like the sound of an old Hammond Tube organ running through a screaming Leslie cabinet. Tremendous!! I have two questions... who is playing it here? And who is the second guitarist?

Good picture & sound quality ... you could almost be there:) 'Soho ..' came out in '73 and he says it was from about 5 years ago so that would make this 1978. Al was great .... and a bit risqué too with his line at 2:15 :D

Better lyrics than 90% of modern hip hop, catchier tune as well, simply one of the most under-rated songs ever! Though you'd have a job explaining it to Richard Coeur de lion...

Good song. Peter White is a great organist! And keyboardist! And guitarist! I love Al Stewart!

Subterranean homesick blues here...just under the surface. Anyone else hear it?? Bob is that you?

One of the best songs I heard the last years. It is sad to see that Al Stewart is such an underrated musician...
