Derek Quinn did a great job with his harmonica! I actually didn't know he'd played the harmonica while with the Dreamers. But, I thought it was funny when squatted down every time Pete Birrell swung his guitar in Derek's way!! LOL!! :) :)

This is the Beatles arrangement of this song. I was reading a book about Sir Paul McCartney. In it, Sir Paul said that they played their arrangement in Manchester one night. Freddie and co were at the gig. They pinched the Beatles's arrangement and started doing it themselves. To be fair, all the rock & roll bands pinched each other's arrangements. But the Beatles were furious, and, from then on, decided to concentrate on their own compositions...and the rest is history.

OK - this is really a travesty of a great song. Listen to Ray James version. But have to warn you - you may be tempted to jump off a building if you really liked this version? Lol !

These guys have such a goofy and offbeat appeal. So bizarre and unashamedly geeky that you can't help but like them.

First heard it by Bonnie Raitt, so I'm spoiled - also, I thought the Dreamers were goofy, yet beloved :)
