Sounds pretty industrial to me. In fact dubstep was heavily influenced by industrial.

Airmech is the best of FLA. I've been into them since Millennium came out so don't troll me. :)

saying electronic genre X was influenced by industrial is kind of redundant since industrial is literally one of the first electronic music genres.

I don't understand how the "Godfathers" missed Dubstep when they discovered it?

What I love most about this song is how it progresses along. I read negative posts about the Dubstep, but maybe the point is being missed? Listen to this song... At first it is a pretty typical song as compared to the rest on this album, then the dubstep kicks in and I think, this song could have done without it. But then, I noticed that the dubstep comes only before the part where it really sounds beautiful and never returns. It is like listening to all those crappy songs on your cassette to get to the good one. The bad parts make the good parts even better. There is an old song by Bill Leeb/Delerium called "In four Dimensions", where the song is just simple and sort of bland for a long time, and then all of the sudden this amazing song appears out of nowhere. I could be wrong, but I think that is what they are doing with this song. Here is Dubstep, and then right after... some of the most enjoyable music to ever reach my ears, but that is just my opinion.

This has become my all time favorite song. ...and that REALLY says a lot because I have a pretty big list of favorites songs. It also says a lot because it's the only FLA song to make my list. There are a lot of Skinny Puppy tracks, Legendary Pinks Dots and their various side projects that occupy my favorite songs list. THIS song though... the way it weaves so many spiraling layers together and gradually builds to this massive release of energy at end... that hasn't been done so well by anyone else (that I know of). From the first note, I can hear the rest of the entire song hiding, peaking out within the negative space. The super high vibrations coupled with the deep sweeps paint a vast landscape, no starscape. The polyrhythms work their way into your brain like electric worms. I have had so many deeply visionary experiences listening to this song, usually involving layers of fractals and deep space. Moving to the beats only enhances the visions, culminating in a massive release of energy at the end. Thank you Bill, Jared and Jeremy!

This is a really great song.. I love when all the elements kick in and it's like you kick into warp drive and all the stars are zipping by.. Amazing
