It’s half-hearted and complicating the way they’ve imparted
Now isn’t the best of all our days
But we’ve started and now it’s too late to say
This uncharted place is too precarious to stay
I’m unknown so, so I keep my head low
It’s beneath me with all my ducks in a row
If they ask me I’ll tell them I didn’t know
If they ask say eventually we’ll reap what they have sown
It’s a clash, it’s rash
We’re caged, up-staged
When they switch-back we say it’s too fast
We rage, anxiously engaged
We just take it like we take it off the top
And full-circle, we’re there before we’d ever really thought
They just fake it, nobody asks them to stop
It’s uncharted, I changed my mind, decided that it’s not
It’s a clash, it’s rash
And we’re caged, up-staged
When they switch-back we say it’s too fast
We rage, anxiously engaged
It’s a clash, it’s rash
And we’re caged, up-staged
When they switch-back we say it’s too fast
We rage, anxiously engaged
In the last few months I've come from passively hearing "The This This" on a Pandora station played on a Hearthstone stream to now listening to all your beautiful songs every single day. You guys have, in what is probably the shortest span of my life, become one of my absolute favourite artists. I now have a top 10 playlist of your songs exclusively. My top 3 are: 3) Seemingly Sleepy 2) Joan of Arc and at 1) Uncharted. I love your work so much. Thank you for everything you've done, and I can't wait for more.
(P.S. I even have dreams I've looked into for making Beat Saber maps in tribute to your music.)
I came across this group quite by accident and have not been disappointed. Within hours of listening to some songs on YT, I made a mixtape with LNA and Telepopmusik and it has been my go-to CD when I'm having a bad day. I only wish I'd known about them sooner! Some of the best soothing yet upbeat music I've heard in a long time. Now I just cant resist hitting replay one more time....
My goodness, this song is amazing. Probably one of my faves by them. Really nice to listen to late at night, all alone. (Well that applies to all of their songs.)
This is my favorite song. The lead singer's voice, Becky Jean Williams, literally flows as one living spirit into the beautiful melody of the song. No need for drugs or alcohol because this song transcends me to a heightened sense of reality.
