I was a freshman in college when ‘Starting Over’ was released and when I heard ‘Play On’ I damn near passed out. I thought it was either Lennon playing tribute to his old band or that the Beatles had gotten back together. Love the Raspberries

Yes! I agree with all other comments about this song. Probably one of the most overlooked/underestimated power pop songs of the classic rock era! Great guitar riffs and did anyone take note of the drumming??!! Some of the best rock drumming I have ever heard. TRY COPYING IT, you millennial drummers out there: It's tricky!!!
