I have listened to Ray ever since he has come into spotlight. His voice is so calming and reminds me of smoke. His voice is smoky and you can really hear it in this song. I have been to his concert in Atlanta and there are no fancy lights, just him in the middle of the stage with his guitar. He plays so quietly but he fills the whole auditorium with his raspy voice and clever music. He truly is my favorite artist and I will always support him.
This maybe Ray's happiest sounding album

I must thank the ending of the gambler for introducing me to this song. Best part is , when you stop listening to it for almost a year then come back to it like I just did. makes it all more better to appreciate
I'm not sure how to feel about this after first listen. It's different and I love when artists push the boundries of what we expect from them. I loved Supernova on first listen, this one will probably grow on me. Might smoke a bowl and come back, then it'll just be fantastic.
