Reminds me of O.Henry's classic short story "The Last Leaf."

Haven't heard this this 1974. Had it on the flip side of RHYTHM OF THE RAIN. 45 rpm

it always brings me to tear when i hear such beautiful songs of Cascades. I remember the old good days.

I think I am having a mid-life crisis. I am missing all those beautiful songs I grew up with. I used to listen to this song, in the afternoon, when the wind was blowing and I was taking a nap in the balcony of our house. My young days were full of thee beautiful and meaningful music.

I was born in 2000's but I love to play this song

Have always been disappointed this B side was never given a chance to be heard. R.O.T.R. was a great song, but this will always remain my favorite.

My dad loved this song. When I was young, I remember him playing this all the time that I memorized the whole song when I was six. My parents are divorced now, and I never get to see him again. My mother and I were the ones who initiated the divorce, though. He seems to have lost it and started to hurt my mom. I don't like him as much as I did before now. But I hope that wherever he is, he's doing okay. I still respect him, but I can never look up to him the way I did when I was young. Hearing this song makes me feel so nostalgic.

Great song for exercising my voice, as I can sing all the parts and harmonies (although I have a tendency to sing harmony with a bass voice).
