One might argue why the Seekers recorded several songs which are usually associated with other groups, including the Weavers, and Peter, Paul and Mary. There is a good reason for doing this, however, and the reason is the outstanding talent of Judith. When Judith sings a song she usually "steals" it forever.

All due respect to Judith Durham but we should also honour Judy Jacques, a fellow Australian who slightly preceded the Seekers. I recently paid $40 for a Judy Jacques single.

The voice from Judith is georgius, what she need was a good Bass byside.But that is complaining on a very high level!By the Carter Cash it was the same problem.Anita Carter got the great Voice.June makes more the Comedy.
