This was recorded at what later became the Sun Studios, where Elvis Presley recorded his first records. In their museum tour they claim that it is where rock and roll was born. They have good reason for that claim. Bless Sam Phillips for providing the means for this incredible Memphis/Mississippi jump rhythm and blues and country boogie to be heard by a wider audience.
