Helen Shapiro - Kiss 'n' Run download song

Helen actually preferred this to be the A side when recording this and WBTH. It's certainly on a par with WBTH in my opinion!

Hi, thanks for the posts so far. Have you got "Make Me Belong To You" and "The Way of the World"? If so, I'd be so grateful if you could upload them, they're the only '60s tracks of Helen's that I don't have - I don't think they're even available on CD.

I'll make "Teenager sings the blues" my next project, sometime this week. I dont think there was ever an L.P. called that. She only made 4 early L.P.s. with just a few jazz and blues songs on them. I've got a C.D. of more jazzier songs. I'll tell you more about that tomorrow. PIGGIE58.

Sorry, I thought you meant the very later stuff, from the 80s or 90s. The E.P. "A Teenager sings the blues" is teamed up with "Blues in the night", and St Louis blues". There is no 4th song, as St Louis blues is quite long. After youve gone/Tiptoe through the tulips/Goody Goody and "The birth of the blues" is on the "HELEN" E.P. I'll dig out "Woe is me" in the future. After I've done "A teenager sings the blues".

The song was worthy of a single release and would have been a very big hit.

Yes, deserved to be an A-side in its own right. Great tone, great phrasing, she was a truly unique singer.
