This song just popped in my head, triggering memory of first hearing this at my aunts' and cousins' house when rummaging through their record (wow, a flute part the Beatnuts used!! Never realized that before!) collection cuz we were bored while our played their usual Saturday night card game.
This song sent me into a dancing frenzy like never before, for some reason and I kept playing it over and over. Lol. I was sweating and breathing hard like crazy and my cous who is 2yrs younger and like a lil brother to me tried to keep up. He couldn't and stopped way before I did.
This song reminds me of my late Aunt, it was one of her many favorites.
Dedicated in your memory Aunt Rosie, S. I. P.
You're loved, and very missed!
