always one step ahead. Not a cheezy trendy superpoppy kind of guy, but a genius artist!

Compare the song structure and lyrics of this EP with Blink's new LP. There's just little musically interesting about California, where these songs feel very dynamic and emotional. I do enjoy California, but I love the direction Tom and AVA have been going in.

Is it me or it sounds almost the same as "Dear Father" from Sum 41's Underclass Hero album?

Courageous writing, Tom. Unconventional song structure that is so gripping. The outro chorus is godly.

this EP at least has a more raw, guitar driven sound then the last few AVA efforts I never really got into. Can't seem to get past the sound of the first two albums, they were magical, but ever since those I just can't find the love I had before when listening to the newer AVA albums

Mr.Tom Delonge, let me tell you one thing, you're incredible, you made my days better, AvA songs are magic, a lot of your songs are masterpieces, and this album is really wonderful and magic, and it's what AvA is, a magic band. I couldn't have a better awakening !! Waking up and see that my favorite band made a new album, thank you Tom Delonge, thank you AvA, your music means a lot to me, everything's magic

No hate, but I think this sounds better than most of the new blink's

What's cool is how AVA is constantly experimenting with new sounds with every album. Things are never stagnant!

Though this song is the least favorite to the most of you, it is still a great song I know Matt skiba is a good musician, but it's not just about play guitar and sing well, it is about CREATIVITY and write awsome songs. Matt Skiba doesn't have the creativity and imagination that Tom has

Halloween, the fallen angel to bury the symphony Bright lights and broken stables Odd hours at the factory They never even knew my name Waiting for that victory Follow on The stars are blurry They move throughout the sky Machinery and crooked crosses The children believe the lie I never even caught your name You never even had the time Anyone, why can’t you hear it A voice that’s out of range Messengers and lost magicians Engage the tidal waves You never even knew my name Crying up the rivalry Waiting for a bit of shame And blood us from the battery Artillery Their words are like a death tonight They’ll serve you well
