We were so lucky to have grown up in this era. The music is so good. Timeless. This crap today is worthless and has no true meaning. You can’t understand what the artist is saying
July 01 2020. Half the year gone. Time is precious as you get older but I’ll be glad when this year is over. I won’t kid you and say 1970 was a great year. Vietnam war was raging the Beatles broke up. Apollo 13 accident. Looking back probably not the best year. But for a 12 year old boy in junior high school everything was pretty much perfect.Thanks David, who I think is the lone survivor of the band. Still enjoying his retirement on his cattle ranch. Thanks for the memories.
3 in the morning and the songs of bread and other old song is playing softly in my room, mixed with the sound of rain drops gently pouring in the roof. The feeling of comfort, calmness and a little bit of nostalgia is making me very emotional.
