I believe this is almost entirely Fairlight CMI except for a few Roland D-50 sounds. This is the version from the 1989 album "Mystic Island". The original was done entirely on a Fairlight CMI.

I first heard this on KTWV (the WAVE) Los Angeles in 1989 and grew attached to all Cusco. I used to take many business trips to San Francisco and learned KKSF was the 'WAVE' station counterpart there - they played Cusco, Eddie Jobson, Icehouse - they were great stations. I know KTWV is around still but not sure if KKSF is there and plays the same.
