Duke Ellington Orchestra but no Pops. Trumpet solo is probably Ray Nance.

This is Duke Ellington circa 1961 or 1962. I recognize Aaron Bell on the bass and Sam Woodyard on the drums. Ellington, Lawrence Brown, Johnny Hodges, Ray Nance, Paul Gonsalves, and Jimmy Hamilton (in that order) are the soloists.

You're not just partly but perfectly right. :) It's just the Duke Ellington Orchestra, no Louis there. :) I was misled by the fact that the track is included in a holiday album by Satchmo. :) Thank you for correcting me. :)

Hello. Our television just played a song "Jingle Bells" by Louis Amstrong, and he actually sang that version, it's not only instrumental. Where did they get that from? I can't find it on internet. :D Do you know? :D I liked it. Because I hate all other "Jingle Bells" versions - they remind me shoping moles at Holiday time. I just must find it. XD
