Jose Feliciano....what a great guitarist and wonderful human being. Quite a funny guy too. I once went to his concert in 1985 in Canberra Australia. He was slightly late coming....and he joked "I'm sorry for being late...I had Stevie Wonder drive me to this hall.!!". The crowd laughed bcos of his light jokes.....and he carried on to play a beautiful concert which i remember to this day.

Few guitarists pay Malaguena better. Shame Jose Feliciano seldom appears on lists of the greatest flamenco guitatists of the world, but in my opinion he should be.

José Feliciano is One of the Greatest Guitarists of All-Time... he combines Traditional Spanish Guitar, Flamenco Guitar, American Folk & Rock & Roll... that's why he's So Great and So Incredibly Unique. José Feliciano is the Only Man that I could compare to the Wizard, Jimmy Page on Acoustic Guitar...

Unfortunately there is music amnesia regarding Jose's career in the contemporary world except music experts they know he is a musician and a legend that most of the time get excluded from music compilation except in Christmas. Music industry classified him as latin even singing in english and he should be under vocals as Tower Records used to do.He got instrumental masterpieces never played on radio stations.He is more than acoustic guitar since he also plays electric but they are the real blind
