Doesn't matter if he programmed it or not, listen to the sounds this guy thought of and created. Awesome tune.
If Born of Osiris did this, it would deffo be one of their top tracks!
And for those that are asking about a playthrough, check out Diego Luis Cassali Cordoba R he did an awesome cover of it the day after it was released (i think). Check it out, closest you'll get till Lee does a playthrough. Awesome.
Its funny how this guy can put out an amazing song like this and half of the people commenting on this haven't done anything themselves or are just trolling. This why the metal community is never going to last it's a lot people talking shit and not understanding the process that goes into this. I have seen Boo just as much as any body on here live to, Lee nails the solos every time. Also Jason Richard didn't make this band or Born of Osiris, he moved on to Chelsea Grin now they sound like Born of Osiris (Thank God) because they have stepped it up sense he has joined. Now they both have played big roles in each others music styles. Keep it up Lee! I'll keep buying your albums because we need more musicians like you out there.
i have to say
jason's playing might faster and wilder, even overall better
but he's a better composer; that's what i really understood by listening to both solo tracks of these two guys
this track has character, melody and more of a theme than jason's solo track (which really is just shitload of shredding in between awkward computer-orchestral stuff)
so that's my opinion on why you should think twice b4 shitting on this track
Wow, Misha Mckinney of The HAARP Muh-Kine has done it again. 0:27 - "Come and stare, come and stare at her love through these eyes from a mountain so high." Beautiful lyrics. Also, Wes Hauch from Intervals guest solo in this dongle fucking rips!
These comments...I dont understand....This is sick, i have no reason to doubt this was all him and MAYBE some other stuff was programmed. I dont care. The sounds are appealing to my ears. Thats all that matters.
Not a fan of the production, and I'm sure he can't actually play this, but who actually cares? It's a damn good song. He's a great writer no doubt. Doesn't matter if he can play it or not.
