God, nobody had stole this melody from anybody... it's like "Herr Mannelig", used by at least five bands. that's why it's called folk metal, folk music or folk whatever.
(both Carnutian Forest and TSJ are magnificent, but I still prefer - only slightly - Eluveitie version)

Clearly you don't understand how they make their music. They never claimed the tunes as their own. You can hear thousands and thousands of celtic tunes in millions of songs. So, yeah, that's why they are a FOLK metal band. Obviously they used authentic folk tunes.

Ehhh... One of the things, why I don't like Eluveitie - they take some folk tune from Eire or Bretagne and release it as theirs own song -.- Bleh!
