I heard this song on my local public radio many years ago and taped it [cassette tape], and never caught the name. Spent years wishing I could find it again as all I had was that old worn tape. Then a few years back I was made known of the artist and name. SO glad I did. It truly is a masterpiece. Thank you for sharing, Hearts of Space. That was the radio program I heard it on way back then, BTW.

Oh man, this piece just takes you on a trip through space. Such a magnificent, flawless work of art. Every listen-through is an exploration, a mental journey through majestic soundscapes. I keep discovering new artists in the ambient and dark ambient genres and enjoying them a lot, but every now and then I have to play this again. The name is very apt in this case, I keep returning to this marvel, to appreciate the timeless quality and mesmerizing depth. All created by the master of ambient, Michael Stearns.
