This song is maybe about the Night of the Long Knives, when Hitler ordered a bunch of political murders to in order to consolidate his power in the German government. He explicitly says "It's the night of long knives" at some point in the song. I don't know if this specific line is just a short reference to the Night of the Long Knives or if the whole song is about it. There are lines in the song that can make me believe in both possibilities.
