Respect to NZ. One of the best songs ever made and today one of the best performances seen in a cricket world cup final. There were no losers out there today, just a pitch full of winners. 14.07.2019

BRILLIANT music from New Zealand I saw this band many times on TV in the early 70s but the idiots who ran the TV in those days (NZBC) never thought to keep any video of them. At least we still have the music.

Stumbled on this (and THANK YOU for uploading it) and had an "Oh my Gosh" moment. Remember vividly seeing this on TV when I was maybe 13(???) and it changed the course of my musical appreciation forever. Had no idea what or who I was really seeing (too young) - just knew someone called Quincey something understood what my music soul wanted. Was gob-smacked later to learn it was a Kiwi group. Did we really produce a group as talented as this back then!

Who remembers the Sorrento club, or the Cavern (I think it was its name) in Cuba Street, Looked like a cave inside, went to the opening, ended up outside sitting in one of John Koolmans Cadilacs listing to 8 tracks, brilliant.

Donn Dunn wrote song, sucks, known him for forty years and he always wrote word salad songs. Listen to Hotchcock railway. John Lennon he ain't.

Saw these guys many times when I lived in Wellington early 70's. SpeakEasy was a club in Cuba Mall where they played. Malchom certainly had one of the best voices. RIP Mal.
