I'm not trying to sound like a Jesus freak or anything, but I feel as though this song could also be a little bit about the holy spirit and letting Him guide you through your troubles. Something along those lines. I had a very financially bad day. I was just about ready to give up and say fuck everything- but then I heard the song and I just felt a lot better. I could breathe. I felt like God was trying to tell me to just chill out and breathe a bit. Sorry, had to share my thought. lol

When this song first came out I was 9 and it was my escape from reality! I was getting bullied at school, my older sister was sick with cancer, and lost a friend to cancer! I did dream of running away and living out my dreams too! I wanted to be an actress, singer/musician, or something like that! I still listen to it now!
