Always loved this song. From the moment I heard it, I was like, "Oh my, what a poem". I started singing it to my daughter because her middle name is Genevieve, named after the Patron Saint of Paris. This song touches my soul.

I have long argued Jay over Jeff... that us one of the most gorgeous turns of phrase and tune ever combined. Nearly as good as Greg Keeler from Blue Rodeo.... beautiful

Good song. Too bad Jay is such a jerk. Met him in St Louis and was highly unimpressed. We talked for probably 10 minutes and he was unpleasant every second
