A friend of mine pointed me in the direction of these guys, and after listening to about 5 songs, tbh, I don't think their my cup of tea musically.
However, these guys' lyrics, from what I've heard so far, are pretty awesome. This one in particular is probably my favorite.

Actually, this is Hardcore Punk/Metal. So it is Hardcore. There is nothing Metalcore about this, if anything, it is pretty much todays version of Rage Against the Machine. Both with lyrical themes and even in their sound. They are Hardcore, although you could be being sarcastic. Either way, they are a form of Hardcore.
