In my head, I'm cruising in my Vector W8 along a random lonely highway at night with a beautiful view of some retro futuristic city, possibly Neo Tokyo.
If you have never heard of a Vector W8, look it up. It is a brilliantly underrated supercar of the 80s.
Bret, again and as always.
1. "Why the f. he is making these experiments, it is going to suck."
2. "OKAY, let's give it a try, but just because I respect BS previous project".
3. ...
4. "Loop this song": "Yes"
I love it. It's so dreamy but you're right it does have that tinge of the 80's. As I was listening I kept getting flashes of mega-man lol, except a futuristic tron looking mega-man haha.
Honestly Bret, you and Klayton both made me a full on Sci Fi nerd with your music. In fact, you kiiiiiiinda influenced me to start making stories and paintings based off the Cyberpunk subgenre because of the stories you kept weaving into all of your projects. I'm a fantasy and metal fan through and through, but you just opened the door to a new world for my ultranumb ears and creative soul. I look forward greatly to all of the future music you put out, and all the zany antics you guys do in the studio and any hopeful future tours! Much love and kudos from Puerto Rico
P.S. - I had converted several of my friends into fans of yours, I hope you don't mind. :P
P.P.S. - I met someone on campus who freaked when she saw your music on my phone playlist. Thank you for indirectly making my day then, and any other particular day past, present and future.
Fantastic stuff dude. Loved you since I first heard the self titled and being into retrowave type stuff I've been super happy to see you mix in there. When I get paid Im grabbing the single
I'm so pumped for this project that I pre-ordered this single on day 1! And the final track is SO addicting. Fantastic work, Bret. Can't wait for more! :D
