Bachelors music was superb a vastly under rated group of the 60s.   One of their best songs.

Thank god i grew up with real music and not the garbage they call music today.

When I lost my gorgeous husband Chris in 2003 my world literally fell apart. He was the only guy to ever say he love me and I was devasted when I lost him, even 14 years later I am literally in pieces. It was love at first sight, and a guy so rare to find. I always search for hours to find the right words and song worthy for him, and this is one of them! My son, Paul left a cd on the stairs early one morning and when I played it, it was a dvd version, I loved it, and he used this record. Sadly I bought a new tv and cannot play it, but this is the sort of record I would choose, so still thinking about it for Christmas. The Bachelors music was very much a part of my early 20s.    I believe they were the best and this song is superb.

It peaked at No.7 in the UK charts on 24 December 1964. Christmas No.7 of 1964 for the biggest selling Irish group of the 1960s, The Bachelors.
