One of the coolest guitar riffs in the history of rock and roll... emphasized by the punchy percussion backing it up. Masterclass. I know they were massively influenced by The Smiths and coming from a lifelong, devoted Smiths fan... the instrumental in this song (and album) easily rivals or is better than most of what Smiths did.
