Bought this single the day it came out after hearing it being blasted out in Listen, Glasgow in 1977. Got the album on the strength of this single and was initially a bit disappointed but it clicked after after a few weeks listening!

GREAT video! I bought the first Ultravox album when it was released and presented their only concert in Detroit with Jon Foxx. Someone released a bootleg of that show. Great show, great band. One of my all-time favorites.

John Foxx made some genius music back then.... Young Savage still sounds modern and angry. Superb. I also love 'Hiroshima Mon Amour', and so many of their early tracks as well as the new work.

Damn this song is good. Ultravox is one of the more interesting stories in modern music history. Sad that they are only appreciated by the underground. Or maybe that's a bonus.

One of those moments - I listening to John Peel on a transistor radio while camping with a mate and we started pogoing round in the garden. I was 13 and this was my first ever night under canvas - ie giving it a go. Funny what you remember.
