Joe takes the "Ernie nerny " riff EVERYBODY did out to the woodshed and gave it a bottle of Louis Tres and a 17 year old Guatemalan hooker named "Sunshine"

I was at a block party in Chicago, where a local DJ, Steve Dahl, and his band, was playing and guess who showed up to jam? The man himself, and he played this great song! I was 2 feet away from him, best memory ever!

“Well he’s tellin’ us this And he’s tellin us that Changes it ev’ry day” Valid and searing words then, and even more so today. Very fortifying for me. Thank you

Who’d of known it’d be 4/20/2020 and we’d still be blaring this loud as it goes

This is my favorite version as it has that funky clavinet accompanying the voice box at the end.

I played "Hotel California" air guitar for junior high drama class. Everyone was jealous, ya snooze, ya lose.

So glad we didn't lose Joe to the Stupid Club. Getting sober and staying that way has not only transformed his own life but countless others struggling with the disease of addiction. He does a lot behind the scenes no one ever hears about it. A hell of an artist and stand up human....

I remember some band doing a cover of this near Branson, Missouri, back in the late '90s and they changed "Rocky Mountain" to "Ozark Mountain."

Thank God for the 60s and 70s  or we wouldn't have anything worth hearing

This is a very well recorded album. The first time I ever heard this song was on a GOOD stereo back in 1974 or 75 with 12in woofers. The clarity, you could hear everything. The cymbals sounded excellent as well as all the other instruments.
